Back in Business!

I was without a camera for several months as our Cannon that we paid way too much money for and only had for 4 years and we really didn't take that many pictures with stopped working. This camera was supposed to be the (my hobby is photography) camera for my husband.

Well, the hobby camera just stopped working. My husband researched the Internet and forums to see what the problem may be but with no luck. In the end, we sent the hobby camera to Cannon for an estimate for repair. What Cannon wanted for the labor only was not in our budget at this time. So, we decided it would be cheaper to buy a less expensive camera for every day use. And wait on having the hobby camera repaired.

We decided to buy a Cannon Power Shot A590IS. I know, I know, why would we buy another Cannon. Well, Cannons have a good reputatuion in Camera world and they take beautiful pictures and Consumer Reports gave them high marks. Our Cannon may have just been a lemon but, with two kids living in the house one can only guess what really happened. So, were giving Cannon another chance.

I am really liking the Power Shot. It is a lot more user friendly for the novice photographer type such as myself. It even has video. Once again I will be able to start craft blogging again.

I will leave you with some of the photos I have taken with the Power Shot and with the my hobby is photograpy camera.

Can you guess which photos were take by which camera?
